Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Fill (Regular).

We recommend scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and daily routine. Regular maintenance prevents gaps, preserves fullness, and extends the life of your set. Your technician will assess retention and suggest the best timing for you.

When performed correctly by certified artists using proper isolation and adhesive, fills should not harm natural lashes. We prioritize gentle techniques and monitor natural lash health; if any concerns arise, your stylist will recommend adjustments or a break to protect your lashes.

Most regular fills take 45–60 minutes, depending on how many extensions need replacing and the complexity of your original set. New clients or significantly grown-out sets may require longer appointments to restore symmetry and volume accurately.

Minor adjustments—like increasing volume slightly or tweaking curl—are often possible during a regular fill. Major style changes may require a consultation or a full remake to achieve the desired look while ensuring proper lash health and adhesive bonding.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid waterproof mascara or oily products beforehand. Bring any reference photos of your preferred look, and arrive on time to allow your technician the full appointment window for precise work.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy exercise for 24 hours to allow adhesive to set. Use oil-free cleansers and brushes, sleep on your back when possible, and schedule regular fills to maintain optimal retention and lash health.
