Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about 1/4 inch long. Avoid heavy lotions or exfoliation the day of. Wear comfortable clothing. Your esthetician will discuss comfort measures and privacy before starting to ensure a relaxed experience.

You may feel brief discomfort during hair removal, especially on first session. Our estheticians use warming techniques, quick strips, and calming skincare to reduce sensation. Regular waxing often decreases sensitivity over time.

Appointments typically last 20–35 minutes depending on hair density and client needs. Extra time may be allotted for consultation, hygiene prep, or post-wax soothing. Schedule accordingly if combining with other services.

Most clients return every 4–6 weeks for maintenance, as hair cycles vary. Consistent waxing can lead to finer regrowth and reduced density. Your esthetician will recommend timing based on growth patterns and personal preference.

Avoid waxing if you have sunburn, open wounds, active rashes, severe varicose veins, or are using topical retinoids or certain acne medications. Inform your esthetician about medications, skin conditions, or recent injections for safe treatment.

Apply soothing, fragrance-free aloe or post-wax gel for 24–48 hours, avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing, and strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours. Exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs, as advised by your esthetician.
